• Your settings & profile — strategy configuration, preferences, watchlists, and journal entries you create.
• Usage data — which features you use, signals shown, and basic diagnostics, so the product can improve and self-correct.
• Connected-broker data — if you authorize a broker connection, we read account/position data needed to provide the Service. We do not take custody of funds.

2. How we use it

To operate and improve the Service: generate analysis tailored to your configuration, run backtests, maintain your journal and performance history, send operational alerts, and keep the system reliable and secure.

3. How it's stored

Your data is stored in our application database. We apply reasonable technical safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third parties

We use third-party services to deliver Context — for example market-data and news providers, your brokerage, AI inference providers, and infrastructure/hosting. They process data only as needed to provide their function. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Your choices

You can request a copy of your data or its deletion by contacting us. You may disconnect a linked broker at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile and journal subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period unless retention is legally required.

7. Children

Context is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be surfaced in-app.
