These terms describe how Context operates, in the same words the product uses on every page. If they change, we will say so here and update the date above. Trading stocks and options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. An option can lose 100% of the premium paid, often quickly, and a short option leg can lose more than the credit received. You can lose more than you intend.
By creating an account or using Context ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms, the Risk Disclosure above, the Privacy Policy, and the Legal & Disclosures. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Context is a trading copilot. It gives you live charting with your levels drawn on, signals with grades, a morning thesis, the Contractor's contract picks, two paper desks (intraday and swing), Studio backtests and the optimizer, an AI-scored news feed, a personal library, and Connie, who reads all of it and talks it through with you in chat.
Staging a setup puts it in your queue on the Trade page; it sends nothing to a broker. If you connect a broker, the connection is paper (simulated) by default; a live connection is gated behind an acknowledgement you give yourself on the Broker connection page. Context never takes custody of funds and never places a trade on your behalf without your explicit action.
Context is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and using it creates no fiduciary or advisory relationship. Connie is software. A signal is a reading that a chart condition was met; a grade measures how much confirming context was present, not the odds of profit; a thesis is a written view that is scored afterwards; a pick is the option structure whose arithmetic fits a thesis at today's prices, with every number shown. None of these is advice tailored to your circumstances.
Context offers a free plan (Tape) and paid plans (Starter and Pro). What each unlocks, the price, and the billing period are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout, which is handled by Stripe. Plans are billed monthly and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Plan & Billing in Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period, and partial periods are not refunded. If Context is not for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, once per account. Charges made in error are always refunded. Renewals are not refundable.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of the tape or of Connie, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Context and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including a signal, grade, thesis, pick, staged trade, paper trade, backtest, receipt, or reply from Connie that you acted on. You use it at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, or to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time, and you can delete your account yourself from Settings; deletion removes every store the Privacy Policy lists.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be surfaced in-app.
